LARRY RAY HOWARD
 Larry was born to Ola and Gold Howard on September 1, 1952 in Floyd County at Salt Lick.  He passed away
on November 14, 2000 at his home on Rock Fork, making his stay here on earth 48 years, 2 months and 14
days.

    Larry was married to Diana Shepherd Howard and unto this union 2 daughters were born, Christina Howard
and Melissa Howard.  Christina has 1 son, Cody, who was the love of his life, always talking about him and
things he was doing.  Cody would cry after Larry every time he left unless he slipped off or waited to go out
when he was asleep.

    Also, leaving to mourn his death is his mother, Ola Howard of Eastern, KY, 2 brothers, Ronald Howard and
Donald Howard, both of Garrett, KY and 1 sister, Kathy Cornett of Georgia.

    Larry loved to hunt.  He had a special fried to hunt with him, Jasper Hicks.  The day before he passed away
he was deer hunting and planned to hunt again the morning Diana found out that he had passed away in the
night.

    Larry was such a good friend and neighbor.  He always stopped to check on his neighbors and would help
them anytime he could.

    Larry’s funeral was held at the Rock Fork Regular Baptist Church and the friends and neighbors showed
their friendship and deepest sympathy to his family by helping them any way they could.
    
    Larry, we all miss you.
