Paul Frazier was born on March 18, 1926 in Cumberland, Kentucky. His parents were Dock and Atha
Frazier. Paul was a proud man who loved his country, his family, and his home in Eastern Kentucky. He served
in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
On November 30, 1950 he married Juanita Frazier. He and Juanita spend most of their lives living on Big
Cowan, working hard and raising large gardens to help provide a good home for their 5 children: Dock, Larry
Joe, Debbie, Jimmy and Kaye.
Paul attended the Old Regular Baptist Church and was baptized in January of 2001 at the Defeated Creek
Church. He was a member of the Big Cowan Old Regular Baptist Church. He was solid in his faith and proud to
live his life for the Lord. He said his only regret was having not given his life to Christ earlier in his life.
On March 2, 2004 he passed away after a short illness, leaving behind his wife, four surviving children and
four dearly loved grandchildren. He will live forever in our hearts and memories.
