Robert H. Cook

Robert H. Cook was born to Ewins and Florence
Williams Cook on October 29, 1925 and passed from
this life on February 27, 2005, being 79 years of age.
At an earlier age, Homer, as he was usually called, found
himself in sin and humbly asked for the mercies of
God. He repented and God forgave his sins. Brother Homer told the
Happy Home Church of his experience with God and of his hope in
Christ. He joined the church and was baptized in the name of the
Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. Brother Homer was a faithful
member of the Happy Home Church and a willing worker for the
Lord. When his health was good, he loved to come to his home church.
As his life on earth ended, his hope in Christ took him from this land
of trouble and sorrow to a land of joy and peace. His faith became
reality as the angels carried him to his Heavenly home. We feel that
Brother Homer is at peace awaiting the resurrection of all of God’s
people.
